What the methods of payment are accepted? / How can I pay?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Maestro and Dinners Club. We also accept payment by Paypal.
Are there any risks when I pay by credit card?
At MILK Cashmere we take your online security and privacy very seriously. Our website includes sophisticated fraud protection for the safety of our clients.
I am having problems processing my payment.
For problems related to processing payments, you may need to contact your card issuer to ensure that the transaction is authorized. You may also need to ensure that you have entered your card details correctly: enter your card number without any spaces and make sure that you have entered your name correctly. If you are using a MasterCard or Visa, the problem might be with 3D secure, in which case the card issuer will need to be contacted.
Are international orders safe?
Milk cashmere operates in conjunction with DHL, a major international courier and ships worldwide. There is no risk in ordering from us.
Which delivery methods are possible?

Does Milk cashmere ship to multiple addresses?
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can check the status of your order by signing in into your account and then selecting the option order status/history. There you will have information if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held.
I still haven’t received my order, is there a problem?
Following acceptance of your payment your order will be sent out, and you will receive an email of confirmation. If you haven't received anything within 5 working days, and no note has been left in your letterbox by the Post Office or courier, contact our Customer Service Department.
What about returns or exchanges?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in saleable condition and in the original packaging. Click here for more information on returns and exchanges.

Have you received my returns?
You will receive an email as soon as your item is received at our logistics centre. If you have not received an email confirming receipt within 10 days of returning, please contact the Customer Service Department and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We would recommend including your package reference number with your message.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop at Milk Cashmere without creating an account. However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:
- Track your orders and review past purchases;
- Request a return or exchange directly from your account;
- Add sold out items and products you love to your Wish List;
